Day 01: Arrive Ahmedabad
Arrive in Ahmedabad, meet our representative will meet you at airport and check into hotel. Ahmedabad is Gujarat's commercial hub, and ex-capital, till Gandhinagar was planned 32 km from the city on the west bank of the Sabarmati River. Afternoon, proceed to visit. Gandhi Ashram, Hate Sing Jain Temple, Calico Museum Textile.(With Prior Permission) & Dada Hari Step Well Sidi Saiyed Mosque. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad
Day 02: Ahmedabad – Patan – Modhera – Bajana (250 kms - 5 hrs)
After breakfast we drive to Bajana, en route visiting Patan and Modhera. In Patan we visit the amazingly beautiful Rani ka Vav. The ancient capital of Patan was also destroyed by Mahmud of Ghazni, but this step well remains to tell the story of the city's glorious times. Modhera. The magnificent Sun Temple predates the one in Konark and has suffered the attack from Mahmud of Ghazni. Rich carvings from the epics Ramayana and Mahabharata can be seen here. Further we drive to Bajana. Arrive and check in to hotel. Afternoon visit Wild Ass Sanctuary & Evening Village Safari. Overnight stay in Bajana
Day 03: Bajana – Bhuj (250 kms – 5 hrs)
Today we drive to Bhuj. Arrive and check in to hotel. Evening we will visit. Aina Mahal, Prag Mahal & Kutch Museum. Overnight stay in Bhuj
Day 04: Bhuj
Today we will do Bhuj Sightseeing. Later Proceed To Banni Villages To See The Art, Craft & Culture Of Kutch. Into Villages Like ( Hodka, Ludiya, Nirona, Dhordo, Bhirandiyana ) & White Rann Of Kutch. Overnight stay in Bhuj.
Day 05: Bhuj – Rajkot (240 kms - 4.5 hrs)
Today we drive to Rajkot. Arrive and check in to hotel. Afternoon we visit Watson Museum, Rashtriya Shala, Kaba Gandhi No Delo. Overnight stay in Rajkot
Day 06: May 2016: Rajkot – Junagarh (100 kms – 2 hrs)
We drive to Junagarh, which literally means an ancient fort. The Junagadh town is located at the foothills of the sacred hill of Girnar & occupies a special place in the history of Gujarat. The history of Junagarh is chequered by the rulers of the Mauryans, Kshatrapas, Guptas, Vallabhis, Chudasamas & others. Both political powers & religious influences enriched the culture & created fantastic edifices leaving architectural mark.
Later we visit Uparkot Fort, famous for its virtual inaccessibility. Inside the fort, 14 Rock Edicts of the Emperor Ashoka can be seen inscribed on a great boulder. The inscriptions carry Brahmi script in Pali language and date back to 250 BC. On the same rock are inscriptions in Sanskrit. Damodar Kund, named after Krishna, whose water is said to be sacred due to its property of dissolving bones of dead brought for the immersion. Nearby there is Shri Mahaprabhuji's Baithak. Day 07: May 2016: Junagarh – Gir – Bhavnagar (280 kms - 5 hrs)
Today after breakfast, drive to visit Gir National park in Jeep. Further we drive to Bhavnagar. Arrive and check into hotel. Evening visit Barton Museum and Gandhi Smirti.
Overnight stay in Bhavnagar.
Day 08: May 2016: Bhavnagar – Vadodara (200 kms – 3 hrs)
Today we drive to Vadodara. Arrive and check in to hotel. Later we visit Sayaji Bag, Nazarbaug Palace, Kirti Stambh and Baroda Museum. Later, drive to Champaner- a historical village embellished with ancient forts, minars, mosques. Following Champner is the visit to Chotta Udaipur. Overnight stay in Vadodara
Day 09: May 2016: Vadodara – Ahmedabad (120 kms – 2 hrs) & Departure
Check out of hotel and drive to Ahmedabad to board the flight for onward destination.
